You'll need to do a lot better than that. Recording or playback? Both? What are you recording? Where did the show come from? If you're recording live sound, how? Exactly how? Microphone type, connections, etc.

You can tell Audacity to stop checking plugins at startup. Audacity > Preferences > Effects > [ ] Enable Effects (deselect). That will tell you which group of effects is doing it. Then delete half of them and check again. Keep deleting half. This is the down side to loading thousands of effects into...

First level is getting it so it's easier to fix. Audacity > Preferences > Recording > [X] Playthrough (select) > OK. That will let you hear what Audacity is doing. Nowhere in there did you say that the _data folder was in the same directory or folder as the .aup file. That's required for them to find each other.

Is it only buzzy when you export a WAV sound file?
You can get into trouble if you like to record at very low levels. This is normal.

I am using the stereo audio input on my internal sound card. Does that mean you have a desktop computer? You didn't tell us very much about your setup. It also is present when using Audacity to generate a low frequency tone. That lets out the soundcard. a higher frequency component on the waveform ...

Yes, that makes me crazy, too.
Audacity > Preferences > Tracks > [ ] Update Display while Playing (deselect).
