Use upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, -dash- and _underscore_ in filesnames. No other characters. Use ISO dates. Today is 2020-07-23. No slashmarks.

If you have a laptop, then it's almost 100% certain you have a built-in microphone somewhere. Consult your instructions. R and Shift+R are backwards. You can just know that, or, as above, reverse it back the way it was in Audacity preferences.

Is it a stereo show? Two blue waves and they're different? If so, you might be able to use Vocal Remover.
