Where did the songs come from?

I believe the intent is for any Audacity to open its own projects and all older ones. Did these older projects come a similar computer or drive system?

Edit > Preferences > Directories > Set Temp Directory and Drive (on Windows and Linux)

Uninstalling Audacity doesn't uninstall Audacity. It's one of our silly little quirks. To "Reset" Audacity, you have to carefully manage the separate preferences file. You might want to do this and see if it helps.
