So you have very serious destructive activity on your Windows machine. When was the last time you did one of those virus scans where you can't use your computer for about a half-hour? We have to get the obvious out of the way first. Nothing like loosing the hounds and alerting the papers for what turns out to be a dead simple problem. Control-F will contract the show left to right so the whole thing fits.

Control-E will zoom into the dragged selection and Control-3 will zoom out a little bit. I live in those three.

In general, you can't split a mixed performance into individual "instruments." In this case, you can get close because the two "instruments" are so far apart in "voicing," to abuse a lot of musical terms. Import the "music" track and Effect > Low Pass Filter: ...
