Re: Simple Step To Next Cut
I posted a couple of options to that question that do not necessarily involve labels press the desired number or character and enter to play this clip. That's closer, but that has a production disadvantage. Since there is no cue-up-and-wait at the start of the desired clip, there will always be a de...

Simple Step To Next Cut
The example scenario is multiple sound effect clips on one timeline (or maybe multiple timelines, nobody's picky) separated by brief silences. A method to step forward (or back, but that's not as important) during a live theatrical performance to the beginning of each cut without looking at the keys...

Re: Toggling between labels in single track
Unfortunately TAB (or some shortcut) really ought to move forward from the current or nearest label when the label is closed for editing, but it doesn't. Actually, nobody cares about the labels. The request is one key click to move to the next sound selection. The labels happen to be almost semi-co...

Re: Track plays back much faster than it was recorded
Serious speed changes between capture and playback, particularly if the playback is fast can mean your recording was dropping bits because it couldn't go fast enough for live audio (or video). Live audio stresses the computer. The system can't say: "Wait a second." The next musical note is...

Managing label wiki goes for pages, but jumping to the sound selection does not. Still searching. Koz
