That's all microphone white noise caused by you not being loud enough, or having the microphone (phone) too far from the performance. This will be sticky because the music sounds OK. So you may fix one thing and lose something else. If this is a real piano, can you put the phone just inside the lid....

Drag-select the flat, noisy area to the left of the first note. Do not include the little ticks on both ends. Effect > Noise Removal > Get Profile.

Select the whole song and apply Noise Removal with the illustrated settings.

Though some people do want to respect audio before zero, which only export multiple does. That would seem to produce an undefined file since you can't "see" before zero. Why would you want that? And how did you get that without causing Audacity to become unstable? Final Cut Pro video edit...

If you have an aggressively stereo show (instruments way left and way right), then there may be no graceful cut place. The left and right will always be different. In that case the cross-fade is the only answer.

Audacity doesn't have playlists like iTunes or Window Media and there's no good way to individually select clips on a timeline, or mute/reveal clips stacked. So the initial assumptions may not work.
