Here it is. Tracks > Align...
I don't know how automatic you can make it, but it does save you having to manually shove each track sideways using the Time Shift Tools (two sideways black arrows).

normalisation to trim the red bars The red bars are places where the recording has overloaded and very likely created distortion or other sound damage. This was a test podcast setup. I was using a tiny headset microphone that you can't see very well and the headphones you see in front of the mixer.
