WAV files don't usually go over 2GB. Your show is probably whatever was contained in the last 0.5GB. Audacity isn't a very good surveillance recorder. Try exporting in a very high quality MP3. You can also chop the work up into smaller chunks and Export Selected. You can do it in multiple WAV files....
