You put it on your flash drive after you edited or did production on the show, or was this a straight recording?

If it's streaming download, I think your only chance is Stereo Mix. Recording what's playing on the computer in real time.

If you have the shows on DVD, you need a decrypter and then a ripper.

Did you edit it, process it or cut it in any way?

Another common problem is selection. On the second pass, did you select the whole track? If not, the original selection is likely to still be there and nose reduction will only affect that small segment.

There's another oblique troubleshooting technique. Can you make it worse? Again, that doesn't directly help you, but if you do something or push a button and the problem changes or gets worse, that can be very valuable to know.
