I wasn't expecting to find different problems, but you have sibilance. Your "s" sounds are piercing. "Squeaking" is enough to drill holes. I wonder why I didn't pick up on this before. Maybe you didn't hit any s words in the dialog. You also have motor noises like maybe a fridge ...

Audacity doesn't make a 2.1. There is a 2.1.0.

I can't listen right this second. There is one soundproofing rule that says no shiny parallel surfaces. If working on the ceiling is hard, soundproof the floor.

One more note. You can't use the hub for anything else. That's not optional. You can't share a hub with sound services and anything else.

If the invert and add failed, they they weren't bit identical. File > Import one and then File > import the other. That puts them one above the other. Effect > Invert one of them and add them.
