I'm uploading the corrected voice. That gargling just kills you. There's parts of the dialog that just drop out.

I don't remember enough of your setup, but if your microphone is Cardioid or SuperCardioid, then it has a dead spot in the sensitivity pattern. So actually eliminating one hardware step is an advance. Works for me. So we don't need the De-ESS step in favor of a gentle equalizer?the recordings made with the eyeball are really super-super-bright
