Without being supersonically nit-picky about this, but was there an Audacity question anywhere in there?

It's not unusual for a crash to cause progressive instability. The project is recovered, but then starts falling apart bit by bit.

Fair warning there is a delay between the end of the performance and the delivery of the files as Zoom "processes" the data, so don't promise somebody instant posting of your show. Zoom went underwater for a while when everybody on earth with a pulse wanted to Zoom at the same time.

The AUP file is a text file and will open in a text editor such as Notepad or TextEdit. If you do that (don't save anything), you should get pages of English-like programming language such as this. Mount it in the system as stereo (two waves) instead of mono. The sound channel should go back up to normal volume, but it will be on the left and you'll have one blank track.
