Export the show as MP3 and post it similar to the way you posted the screen capture. Start with 128 quality and reduce it until it fits. The forum will not let you post large files. How long is the show?

Re: Exported file has tracks superimposed on one another. He
That's a stumper, isn't it? Is this the first show you've tried to produce in Audacity? The first show with this combination of OS/Versions? Can I assume you import all of your music so they appear one above the other and then Time Shift them all into position? The show plays perfectly well and runs...

Re: Improve "over edited" file
Somebody in Los Angeles did a successful broadcast from his garage. The joke was that you were going to visit John's garage to do his show. It's not a joke. It turns out having boxes and piles of junk in the room is great soundproofing. My garage also has a four-way peaked roof which breaks up echoe...

Re: Improve "over edited" file
No I didn't know that joke about French. Of course that only works if you don't speak French. The other language joke is to translate into French and then back, but don't translate the actual meaning. Just flip the words and get one wrong here and there. Long ago, two comedians did a short comedy a...

Re: increase export quality from 128kbps to 256kbps
If you're editing existing MP3 files, the sound damage is a combination of the input and output quality settings. If your shows don't sound very good, it could be your compression damage is more like 64. 128 > 128. The only way you can make the sound damage the same value as the import is to export ...

Re: File path and extension
It's not something you can add. It's a built-in feature of a software program. We are commenting that programs that do have a bin to "keep" clips and files during use can be better organized than programs that don't. Audacity, for one example, doesn't. Then, the conversation wandered into ...

Re: Improve "over edited" file
You know the joke everything sounds better in French? "I broke my leg and my car is on fire." sounds wonderful in French. [in English] "That sounds great. I'd like two of those, please." My only objection to the show (so far) is the echo. When you introduced Episode Two, I though...
