Or Data DVD or Data BluRay depending on how much stuff you have and whether or not you still have an optical burner. That's not a bad way. It gives a hardware backup of the work. I still do that with some clients.

Many USB microphones use a USB A to B cable which is the same cable on many printers. I know the Snowball does this. You can use that as a substitute for testing. I don't remember if I posted this or not, but we're looking for the ability to change the problem on command, better or worse.

Which version of Audacity? Wine Glass Voices are probably cause by bad Noise Reduction settings. If you have Noise Removal settings instead, you're using an old version of Audacity.
