It appears you're all ready for overdubbing/sound-on-sound. That's what those USB routing controls are supposed to do. So it should be possible to hear a perfect, zero latency mix of old tracks and new by just listening to the mixer and selecting the right buttons.

That connection is typically mono, not stereo, so if you get a good quality, stereo show, you got really lucky.
