Do you get the UCA202 little green light on the front? You never said what you were putting into the UCA202, but put it in, switch to Monitor ON and listen to the Behringer with headphones. It appears you're all ready for overdubbing/sound-on-sound. That's what those USB routing controls are supposed to do. So it should be possible to hear a perfect, zero latency mix of old tracks and new by just listening to the mixer and selecting the right buttons.

That connection is typically mono, not stereo, so if you get a good quality, stereo show, you got really lucky.
