The different qualities are not called out like that. You just have to know. Audacity default WAV export is 44100, 16-bit Stereo or Mono depending on the show. Same thing happens when I select all for addition. That used to be my go-to selection on the earlier machines under OS-X 10.9.5. This one is actually up to date 10.11.3.
