Re: Need help with file settings
What settings and or effects do you suggest? I suggest you open an ACX account, submit a test and see what they say. http://www.acx.com/help/acx-audio-submission-requirements/201456300 We do warn people not to read for six weeks only to have ACX find something serious wrong and basically kill off t...

Re: Self mixing and rendering

Audacity doesn't know how to share sound channels, so the sound almost always gets confused. It never happened to me when using ...

Re: Can't change pitch, tempo, or speed, nothing works!
How? You can select an entire song by clicking Stop, and then clicking just above the MUTE button on the left. None of the settings work from Pause. You have to be in Stop.I would select everything

I see it. You over-adjusted Noise Reduction and it sounds like you're talking from the bottom of a well. The QC people listen for that. They will bounce the submission as "Overprocessed."

Interface as I see it on Amazon. Post the link. When we search we turn up lots of variations. Take a picture of the front page of the instruction book—or scan it. We can give you general starting points and adjustments and suggest what to look for...if we know what you have. Yes, your clip does pas...

Re: Audacity failing to work after crash
I've dumped the Application and reinstalled the program That doesn't reset Audacity. Go (top of desktop) > Go To Folder: ~Library. Application Support > audacity . Drag audacity.cfg to the trash. You can drag the audacity folder to the trash, but that will also trash all your add-ins and plug-ins. ...
