I don't know you can do noise reduction on this. For noise reduction to work you have to have to be able to find clear noise with no voice. That's going to be rough.

I think I would equalize first. Noise reduction can produce choppy work and make further corrections sound terrible.

Someone will correct me, but I don't think it's a fixed bucket that you throw things into. I think it's a balloon that expands as needed.

There is Noise Gate. I think it's an optional add-on effect. That one tries to figure out when you stop talking and it slams the sound to silence. It usually sounds about that good.
