I am a voice actor for audiobooks Would we know any of your existing works? This is your chance to advertise your product. The forum doesn't normally do that. We're flying blind without a sample. Record a 10 second sample in Logic and post it on the forum without doing anything to it. No effects, f...

Re: Fixing an ACX Issue
I'm not sure where to go with this. Using a pre-packaged selection of noise is dangerous. If anything in your studio changes, the beginning, end, and middle of the chapter aren't going to match. You are warned not to leave the studio during the recording because your body is part of the sound person...

If you pile a third party noise reduction system on top of that, I'm guessing you're going to produce hollow, wine-glass, milk-jug trash. This is also why it is recomm...

Re: Fixing an ACX Issue
seem to imply that these should be visible on the sound track You inferred something they didn't imply. The normal setup of the timeline blue waves only shows you the loudest 25dB of the show. From -25dB (approximately) to 0dB. That's where most of the production tools work and that's where most of...

You don't have to take photographs of your screen. You can use the Windows 10 Snipping Tool to make a picture of the whole screen, or a picture of a small portion of the screen. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b ...

Re: ACX Noise Floor Fail
Noise Floor isn't an "adjustment." You get good noise floor by having a good, quiet recording room or studio, a good microphone, microphone connection, and good announcing techniques. That's assuming there's nothing actually broken. Are you following a posted instruction video or book? Whi...
