Nothing leaps out at me. Recording work on Zoom meetings is notoriously difficult. It's the forum's recommendation that you get Zoom to record the meetings and not try to do it yourself. I think what you have right now is normal and what you had before was unusual and surprising.

Effect > Normalize (Remove DC) has to be used before you mix and edit. The songs have to be DC-Free before you combine them. You can get pops of you edit sound wrong. This is one silly example. Fair warning the show isn't going to be clear audio after that. The effect is listed under "Distortion" for a reason.

Don't run Skype or Zoom before you test Audacity. They can scramble sound settings.

Close Audacity. Do a clean shutdown of Windows. Shift+Shutdown. Not Restart and not regular Shutdown. This will take longer than normal as Windows cleans itself. Make sure your devices are connected and working (in Windows Sound Control Panels) and then run Audacity.
