If you mean stereo effects, is the exported show in stereo? Does it have two blue waves and are they different? Did you use File > Export Audio or File > Export Selected Audio?

I do not understand how it applies to conversion to 32 float files. It doesn't apply going up to 32, it can help with distortion and artifacts coming back down.
