Most requests in the "make me sound like somebody else" group fail. Audacity doesn't have the tools to take a voice apart and put it back together again and still sound real. Other elves will be along.

There may be third party apps to do that.

The limiter step is my third process. Why do you think I left it out?

the only change I made was RMS Normalize to -18 instead of -20.

And left out the Effect > Limiter step.
