The Get Out Of Jail card is generate a silent track by itself (slightly) longer than the show. Select that track and your time shifted work for export. The export time should be perfect.

While you have Analyze > Plot Spectrum on your screen, use the cursor to find the tips of those little hills on the right. Read the frequencies and calculate the differences.
