Side note: I would have no trouble listening to a story in that voice. We just have to lick the noise.
When the yellow light comes on, put the fabric softener in.

"Can't make it through 20 seconds..."
That's practice. No, it's not that easy.

Re: Help With Voice Quality Post-Processing (AT2020)
It sounds perfectly pleasant to me except for the laundromat in the background. Straight Audiobook corrections fail noise and it's not easy to get rid of it even after I started to throw heavy corrections at it. You know when you're in trouble when the corrections start needing corrections. Heavy no...

Re: Combining voice track with music track
I think I missed a beat there.
Making an MP3 for listening in a personal music player is how it's supposed to work. That's the end product, not a step in the middle. Stick with the best quality available for production and archive.

Re: Combining voice track with music track
So I haven't to merge my (two) sound tracks into one before the export ? The Audacity export process will merge for you. I intend to use my record in a Sony walkman designed for MP3 or MP4. All my personal recorders except one can produce perfect quality WAV sound files of my work. MP3 is not recom...

Re: Can I turn my Mono file into a Stereo after it's done?
You can't leave out any steps. You have to duplicate the existing track and then Make Stereo Track should becomes active now that it has two tracks to work with. I will have to do it in stereo on my next one. some gospel and worship music and preaching Are you up to that? I get six microphones and I...

Re: Can I turn my Mono file into a Stereo after it's done?
You would think that would be an easy answer, wouldn't you? If you listen on headphones right now, your voice should be coming from the center. Look on the left of the blue waves and it should say MONO. Screen Shot 2017-08-31 at 19.20.50.png It's a snap to "convert" the presentation to &qu...

Re: DC Offset Cancellation in Windows 10
The lead-in groove is the silent groove on the outer edge of the record before the first song. When you play it, it should be almost entirely silent. It's a good sample of what the whole system is going to do. At least for now, turn off View > Show Clipping. That will get rid of the red bars and ban...

Re: Filtering out background noise
That's less benign than you think. Because of Audacity's open source cost ($0), a project can fail and nobody is out any money.they are the ones that recommended Audacity to me.
We still don't do surveillance.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't like all those wacky characters in the comments.
That value="&#x...... etc.
I see those are floating around all over the place. What happens if you Export the show without the comments and metadata.
