The easiest way is to find out if the station has a podcast. If it does, install iTunes for Windows, download the podcast, create a playlist in iTunes, and pull it over to the iPod.
Can you put work on your iPod from Windows now? How do you do it?

Re: Recording cuts off everything over .5 frequency
Do you have a stereo interface and Audacity set for mono? Change the Audacity settings to Stereo and see if the 0.5 clipping goes away.

Re: Need help for figuring out what guitar notes in a song
Audacity can't take apart a song into separate voices, instruments or other sounds. That's for a regular song. It's really difficult if the song has pitch shifting and special effects applied.

Re: Help with low RMS
Oh, yes. One more. You can't tune corrections chapter by chapter. ACX puts great stress on chapter to chapter matching.

Re: Help with low RMS
After struggling with compressors and other audiobook processing for many, many forum posts, the mastering suite was found to hit the sweet (so to speak) spot of gently nudging your voice into compliance while: a: Continuing to sound like you. b: Producing corrections that ACX can't hear. ACX's clea...

Re: Zero Play Length of Some File When Exporting Multiple
If you export it again, do the same two die? Are they the last two? Anything else going on in the computer while you're exporting? I can visualize you firing up a Skype session because a concert (it is a concert, right?) is going to take a long time to export. Skype and Audacity don't get along well...

Re: "Masking" the artificiality of TTS voices
Not that I know of. People pay extra for better voice generation to get rid of that. Even if we did get rid of voice intonation, that would just give you flat answering machine voice. I have mp3 files That's actually the first problem. Audacity doesn't edit MP3. It converts the sound to a perfect qu...

Re: Audacity freezes while recording (while using microphone
I can't tell what you're doing. As near as I can see, there's a lot of chaos on the screen and most people don't start out with three tracks, so what are you doing in words? Have you cold started the machine? Shift-Shutdown, wait and then Start. Regular shutdown or restart doesn't reset all the Wind...

Re: Audacity Plug-in path Incorrect
That is odd. Audacity should fresh install with no preconceived notions of what's there and where everything is. That was the idea behind the "reset everything" check point. Audacity would get stuck and take messing around in the system to straighten it out. Time for a Windows system elf. ...

Re: Noise only when speaking
If you want to buff this up further, make a post a 20 second test sound file (10 seconds if it's stereo—two blue waves). http://www.kozco.com/tech/audacity/TestClip/Record_A_Clip.html We have custom filters for some common sound problems. We may be able to help if we know what the noise is. Not all ...
