I've already tried to do that with recovery utility on audacity website, but a message compares (similar to "no files to be recovered"). Can't I do nothing with the .bak file?

Hi, I have a trouble with an Audacity file I've saved yesterday... I moved the file .aup with its related folder "data" but the file .aup is 1 now Kb and the folder is empty.
