Thank-you Doug...And yes the Volume peaks are way out of sync....you can see the louder Right Channel and the very Low Left channel... and thanks I will try the your suggestion........Stephan

Hello, I am using windows vista Basic and Audacity 2.0.6.0 I recently imported a Stereo MP3 and when I tried to fix the Audio, I noticed the Left channel was half as loud than the Right ..... Is there a way to fix only the left channel without touching the Right Channel :?: PS I Also have Audacity 2...

My Laptop needed a reboot to default! I re-installed my Disc for the V-1.2 But I couldnot get the Lame software to work! now I downloaded the new V2.01 but the default preference is only Mono How do I get the Stereo preference, in this new version?

The mixer was Hidden ,

after I opened it I was able to augment the record level,

The records never sounded so good as now, and no hiss or scratches, or pops

I just received a record player that came with Audacity program, I recorded a test record and burned to a CD. The playback was perfect and so was the CD. It is the sound level that was very low! How can I adjust the input level ? The slider under the microphone is at max but record level VU meter sa...
