Oooh excellent. Thanks. That's funny now I have Pro Tools and it's a hassle making sure it deletes files I don't need. But then again, it is really nice how it lets you edit trim on both sides and it saves the rest of the WAV. Audacity is still a great program tho, I recommend it to everyone. Thanks...

Ah okay, thanks for all your help. But just to clarify, the files stored for undo are deleted when you close the project right? Since you can't undo after that anyway.

Ohh... I guess all those .au files are the files that are being used. For example, when I trim audio, it delets the unused audio right? Unlike Pro Tools which keeps it.

How can I purge my project of all unused files? I don't even know how to use these unused files. It's not like Pro Tools where you can drag the ends of the files back out. But anyway, I want to purge my project of all the unused files, because I want to still be able to mix it, but I don't need the ...
