hopefully it will do the job.

Im working with version 1.2.6 and i can open .pcm files.
The thing is that i need to configure the sample rate (Preference->Quality) in order to hear it right.
Anyway of doing it ?

I would like to open a .pcm file with a specific sample rate using command line.
Is it possible in audacity ?
If so what are the arguments ?
