I've already installed Audacity 1.3 Beta on my computer but there is not an Audacity folder in my documents.

I downloaded and installed vst-bridge on my computer from http://wiki.audacityteam.org and now I need to find out how I install freeverb into my Audacity so I can start to use it.
ps - is there a metronome plug in anywhere?
