1. recorded at 24/96
2. change the frequency in the lower left of the application pane to 44100
3. exported to 16 bit windows pcm

I am capturing vinyl at 24/96, would like to archive to 16/44 and mp3
when I save to wav 16 pcm the files are large, thus would like to reduce the bit depth to 16/44 so that the wave file resembles the cd 16/44
