1.3 refuses to open files saved with 1.3.
Audacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode), Windows XP. I've now saved several projects in 1.3 that then refused to open in 1.3. A dialog patiently informs me that I am using 1.2, even though I think I deleted it a while back. Could be wrong about that. It tells me that I need to upgrade to 1.3 even though that's ...
