I am running Windows 7 Professional on a HP Pavilion Elite Computer. How I do download 1.3.12 ? Is the download file "audacity-win-unicode-1.3.12.exe". Is this the only file I need ?

I frequently need to insert track breaks into a large mp3 file and save the track breaks as mp3 files.
