EDIT: I tried setting the sample format to 16-bit float, but when I opened the exported wave file into audacity, it said it was 32-bit.All the wav files should be 22 khz, 16 bit mono sounds.

Changing the sample rate without changing the sound
I was editing certain sound clips for a custom soundset for a game, and the clips were 44100 Hz and they needed to be 16-bit mono 220500 Hz. When I changed the sample rate, everything sounded much slower. Is there any way to change the sample rate without the slowdown?
