No, its not a problem with the mixer from what I can tell. I just have the stock sound card that came with my computer. I have a GT5238E Gateway with Dual Core. Its not too old. Maybe 2 years at max. Is a sound card a big part of that? It was still maxing out when I tried again in the center.

I know you are really good with Audacity and I have a problem on my hands. I have my electric piano hooked up to my amp. From the amp, I have a wire running from the output into the input on my computer. Now when I record from the input in audacity, it picks up the sound, but it maxes out in the mid...
