Problem downloading LAME
New here, sorry if this has been answered before... I tried downloading LAME, got as far as getting the file onto my computer; when I tried to unzip it I got an error message reading "LoadLibrary(“C:DOCUME~1SARAPEA~1LOCALS~1TempTemporary”)failed – The specified module could not be found." ...
