what do you mean with mp3 format? the bit rate? in preferences thats the only available value to change. At the moment is on the default 128.

Or can I change the export mp3 format in another way?

Hi, I exported my project in Wav format, its 50mb and it sounds fine. I exported the same project in mp3 format, after following the instructions about lame dll. Audacity export it, and the resulting file is 5mb. Problem is that when i play this mp3 it sounds absolutely... silent. 5mb of silence. Why?
