Thank you. That makes perfect sense. Unfortunately, I guess I'm stuck because I don't use a soundcard and my microphone configuration is ... WC I did everything you suggested but I still only get a level on the left side.....I even recorded (just to make sure) and volume came out of the left speaker only...........so, are their any more preferences I need to check ?
