I down loaded audaciti 126 on a windows 7 with 64 bit. but when I open a file I do all the stepes but when I get to the point where I need to use the tools from the effect pane all the tools are gray and I can't use them it doesn't let me cann any body help me with that problem pleasethe voice from ...

I don't know if I'am having this problem maybe because I didn't download something that has those tools?

I down load audicity but some tolls from the effect pain are grey and I can't use them could you help me with that please.
