OKAY! New update, it seems its the USB HOWEVER, I have always been able to use my USB + Headset but something has happened, so it seems it might be the stereo mix not audacity. So for some reason when I switch out of my LineJack USB converter to the Line Jack plugs it works my Stereo mix picks it up...
