File size question.

After cutting, how do I save the file so the file size won't increase? My 7 meg file increased to 12 meg after cutting some audio out, and I want it to be no larger than 7 meg. Thanks. :)

Re: How Do I Reduce the File Size of an Edited & Saved WMA F

The WAV file blew up to be 244,000 KB. I can't figure out how to use Media Player to encode anything to get under the original size of 11,000 KB. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John
