I use WIndows 7 and Audacity 1.3.12 and before 1.3.10. WIth both, I sometimes get no response when I select part of a track and click "cut" on the menu. Likewis the paste command sometimes does nothing. Other commands continue to work. So I am unable to do any meaningful work when this hap...
