I figured it out! I just had to change the rate back to 44100 Hz.

Trouble Importing Tracks
Whenever I try to import a track into Audacity it becomes much longer in length (approximately four times) and sounds distorted. I uninstalled and reinstalled Audacity but no luck. Any ideas?
