Did you open the project by double-clicking on the project file in Windows Explorer? If you have both 1.2 and 1.3 on your machine, Windows may associate .aup files with Audacity 1.2, and will use 1.2 to open them if you double click on them. Does the project open properly if you launch Audacity 1.3...

If you save a project using 1.3 (Beta), it becomes a 1.3 project and you can't open it using 1.2, even if it was created in 1.2. PO'L I know that, but like... Ok what I did was, I took the vocals from a song (but that part was answered), and I saved it (this was in the Beta). And then I tried to op...

I would do something in the Beta, and it said it was saved using the Beta, but I'm using 1.2, but I'm just opening the project saved using the Beta.

I mean, I did the project while using the Beta, but it says it was saved using 1.2.

Ok, so I can't save my projects on the Beta, it just says its saved on Audacity 1.2, and can't be opened.
Also, the vocal remover doesn't work too well, any help?
