Nope, it's definitely frozen. I tried with only 4 tracks, which shouldn't take more than a few minutes but after 20 minutes of waiting I got a bit bored. Task Manager states that the programme is not responding and trying to cancel or come out of Audacity is not possible without quite radical action.

I have a problem exporting 'Multiple Files' after recording LP album tracks. Am using Audacity v1.2.6 on to Windows XP with SP2.
