Audacity can't open an .ogg file
So the problem is that the song doesn't open in Audacity. The reason i want to edit it, because the sound kind of envelopes up and down when playing it in vlc media player, even though it isnt supposed to. It plays like normal in foobar 2000, so I'm wondering what's wrong. Audio Identifier 0.7.1 Say...
