What do you mean with "a lead problem"? It's very weird that many people on the internet have the same mono recording problem and no-one has the solution. I set my preferences to stereo. Isn't there someone with an m audio external soundcard who has the same problem here??

I still get it only on one side. Hope someone can help me with the problem.
