I would like to be able to start my new audio where the last track ends instead of having to to use the time shift tool. Is this possible ?

string of sound effects
I am trying to make a string of sound effects. I import the first one with no problem, when I import the second one it enters below the first one. I can not move it to play behind the first one, all it does is plaly at the same time the first sound effect plays. Can anyone tell me how get effect two...
