I use a karaoke program that requires an audio file with a sample rate of 44100 and a bit rate of 16kbs. I upgraded from audacity 1.2.6 to 1.3.12 and discovered that the new Lame encoder compatible with 1.3.12 does not offer a sample rate of 44100. Is there a work around for this shortcoming or do I...
