You can find it here. Just follow the Instructions. Edit: After it's Installed, If your using Win XP, Open Audacity, In the Tool-Bar, Click on "Edit > Preferences then Libraries. Where it says "MP3 Library", Click on Locate. If it hasn't already found it, go to "C:Program FilesAudacitylame_enc.dll"....
